3. Asafoetida is very useful for a person who is having stomach ache as well as flatulence. To cure flatulence and abdominal pain, take a little bit of asafoetida and grind it finely. Now place the asafoetida powder on a small cotton swab and place it over the navel of the abdomen. This will cure both flatulence and abdominal pain.
4. The simplest and best way to get rid of flatulence is to make bread without sifting the flour. Eating flour bread with bran eliminates stomach gas in a short time.
5. A mixture of ginger, cumin and rock salt can also be used to relieve flatulence. Take a little ginger juice for this. Take a little rock salt, and a little cumin and fry it. Now mix all three together and consume this mixture. After consuming this mixture, drink half a glass of lassi from above. Your stomach acidity will go away soon.
6. It is very beneficial to use esbagol to eliminate acidity. For this, take esbagol with a glass of milk after eating. Your stomach acidity will get better soon.
7. Orange juice proves to be very useful in relieving flatulence. For this, add rock salt in a glass of orange juice. Now take some cumin seeds and fry it. Now mix cumin seeds in orange juice and consume this juice. Drinking orange juice will relieve the acidity of your stomach.
8. Ginger and mint juice are very beneficial in relieving flatulence. Take equal amount of ginger and mint juice and consume it. Drink mint juice and ginger juice four times a day. Stomach acidity will go away soon.
9. Just like mixing the juice of mint leaves in ginger juice and drinking it gives benefit in stomach acidity. In the same way, mixing honey with ginger juice and drinking it also eliminates stomach acidity. Drink equal amount of honey with ginger juice to get rid of flatulence. Consumption of both these relieves stomach acidity.
